Supported self-hosting
We partner with customers to help you get set up with our core open source software, FlexMeasures, as quickly as possible, and ensure that your system is correctly configured. We then continue to support your energy scheduling project for as long as you remain a customer; not just as experts in FlexMeasures but as energy scheduling experts.
We’ll help you understand how the schedules are created, customize FlexMeasures for your and your end customers’ needs, and integrate your organization’s specific constraints and priorities into your energy scheduling engine.
How does it work?
There are two elements to Seita’s supported self-hosting.
Supported Onboarding
All supported self-hosting customers start with an onboarding package.
During this set-up phase, we work with you to ensure FlexMeasures is set up correctly, that it integrates with the rest of your software and that it’s able to access your data.
We also work with you to understand the specific priorities and constraints you have related to energy scheduling, and help you translate that knowledge into an optimal energy scheduling system powered by FlexMeasures.
Ongoing Support
After the initial onboarding, we’ll continue to support your energy scheduling project.
We’re available to support you as you adjust and continue to refine your energy scheduling needs, as well as to help troubleshoot in the event of trouble.

You can run FlexMeasures on your own. It’s fully open source, hosted by LF Energy.
